Set enable 'Configure Automatic Updates' and set following settings

Disconnect OneDirve

Don't connect your Microsoft account and don't let this happen!

Go to Local Group Policy Editor
Then to,

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\OneDrive

Then set enable 'Prevent the usage of OneDrive for file storage'
